Which parameters are important for your product, do you require dry or wet biomass, what should be the composition of the solvent, how shall the end product be filled? These are just a few of the aspects that we clarify with you.

3. preliminary contract & appointment

Before we take care of the fine tuning with you, we form a preliminary contract, specify the scheduling requirements, and book your requested appointment.

4. lab test

With your biomass, we use our laboratory tests to check the specific composition and
define the achievable qualities for your end product.

5. harvest and production planning

A coordinated harvest and production plan is required in order to achieve an optimal extraction process. We are happy to assist you in the scheduling of the sowing and harvest process on request in order to ensure smooth extraction.

6. Appointment reservation & contract formation

Upon completion of the tests and determination of all parameters, the extraction period, output, and mutual obligations are defined in a contract.

7. extraction & filling

Just in time for the harvest or delivery of the biomass on site, our extraction team and machine will be available to you. On the day following the extraction you will be able to receive the first sub-quantities of your end product in sterile canisters according to your specifications.

To achieve an optimal extraction process, coordinated harvesting and production planning is required. If desired, we can also assist you in scheduling sowing and harvesting processes to ensure smooth extraction.

6. appointment booking & contract conclusion

With the completion of the tests and determination of all parameters, the extraction period, the services and the mutual obligations are contractually fixed.

7. extraction & filling

On time for harvesting or delivery of the biomass to our site, our extraction team will be at your disposal with the machine. On the very first day of extraction, you will be able to receive the first partial quantities of your final product in sterile canisters according to your specifications.
